Dear Photofriends, United Photographers International - UPI, cordially invites you to enter the "3rd UPI International Exhibition of Photography 2013". Closing date 31 January, 2013. The exhibition has received PSA Recognition - Projected Image Division - PID. Two divisions: Colour and Monochrome. The Panel of Judges consists of three well qualified photographers from three countries. 30 Awards in each section! I would appreciate very much if you send your entries as soon as possible, and don't wait until the last days! We look forward to receiving your entries, and we would appreciate if you have the possibility to distribute this information to other photographers in your country. Sorry that we still have an "old fashioned" uploading system! But I promise that we next exhibition will have a more appropriate system for uploading of your images. (Apologies for duplicates if you have already received this announcement via a different mail list.)
